The company is banking with ISLAMI BANK ,GULSHAN BRAND DHAKA BANK MOGHBAZAR BR.They took collateral loan Around 11 Crore against the land. Also please note that there is only Tk.12 lac liability against the factory. Currently the project is leased to a Chinese textile company.
Project Brief:
The project is not composite, it is a sweater factory, it includes dyeing. Land is ample you can expand and convert the project according to your requirement. The factory is having 5542 m3/month gas in supply, another 3000 m3 was applied by the MD of the company but not pursued for installation since he decided to dispose the whole unit. 8" gas line is passed near the factory with 150 psi line.
